Shipping policy

Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 United States only. We do not ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or any international destinations. Orders placed with a non-US shipping address will be canceled and refunded in full.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your package.
Packaging
Our products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:
- Posters are shipped rolled in sturdy tubes or flat in rigid mailers.
- Framed prints are wrapped and boxed with protective padding.
- Mugs are individually boxed with cushioning material.
- Doormats are rolled or folded and securely packaged.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
Pyramid America is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at orders@pyramidamerica.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at orders@pyramidamerica.com within 10 calendar days of delivery with clear photographs of the item, product packaging, shipping carton, and shipping label. Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package may be refunded after deducting the original shipping charges and any return-shipping costs incurred.
