30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
How to Return
- Email support@pyramidamerica.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Want a different item instead? Just let us know in your return request and we'll arrange an exchange.
Damaged Items
Received a damaged item? Contact us immediately with photos and we'll send a replacement right away — no return needed.
