How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please visit our Returns Policy page for full details.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@pyramidamerica.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label.

What materials are your posters printed on?

Our posters are printed on premium quality paper stock. Framed posters use real wood or composite frames with acrylic glazing for protection.

Are your products officially licensed?

Yes! Pyramid America is an officially licensed manufacturer and distributor. All of our products feature officially licensed artwork and designs.
