How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the United States takes 5–10 business days. Expedited shipping takes 2–5 business days. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days after processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Please note that we do not ship to Europe or any European Union countries.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 10 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging. Returns must be approved before shipping back.
How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the eligible item and place a new order for the item you want.

What products do you sell?
We sell officially licensed pop culture wall art and gifts including posters, framed prints, mugs, and doormats featuring your favorite brands and characters.
Are your products officially licensed?
Yes! All of our products are officially licensed. We operate under valid licensing agreements for every brand featured in our store.
Do colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and print production.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing or shipment. Once processed or shipped, the order must follow our return procedure.
