Opening accounts must pay with a major credit card or COD with a Certified Check or Money Order. The Pyramid America Credit Application is available for download by contacting our office. Qualifying new accounts may apply for a net 30 day term. Proforma invoicing is also available upon customer request.
Pyramid America will accept orders via fax, telephone, or e-mail.
Please indicate on your order your preference for packaging. We offer posters flat, shrink wrapped, or rolled. Shrink wrapped and rolled posters come with our standard labels or we can customize a label for your particular needs.
Most orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours. Orders will be shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise indicated. Larger shipments will be sent via an over-the-road trucking company. Please call us if you want to designate a specific carrier. Customers pay for shipping costs. Orders are shipped from our Mount Vernon, New York warehouse.
Do not accept damaged packages from UPS or any other carrier. If you sign for a package “as damaged”, you may be liable for its contents. If you refuse the package, call us immediately have the order re-shipped. We will re-ship the damaged part of your order. Other claims for damages must be submitted either by e-mail or by fax within seven days of receiving the order (this disclaimer also appears on all packing slips and invoices). Unauthorized short payments on invoices will not be accepted. All returns must have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) issued by our office.
As with damages, shortages must be reported in writing within seven days.
Minimum order is $100.00.
